It's seems I am growing up...

I think I might go crazy and post a billion photos in a few separate posts. I have only recently gotten access to the internet and I am struggling with it's slowness. STUPID MOBILE BROADBAND!!! So far I've used it to watch a few episodes of Gossip Girl, hunt for places to buy stuff, stalk a few friends back home and Skyped Mummy once. Thanks Three. I really hope I don't end up over-using too much. I cannot afford it. My first pay came through last Friday. I got under a hundred pound - WHERE IS THE POUND KEY?! Nearly eighty of which went to BRMC tickets for their Electric Ballroom next week which I am dreadfully excited for. I now won't get paid again until late April after my little Camden adventure. It looks like I'm going to have to dig even deeper into my savings which I had hoped to keep for proper travelling. I really don't know how I can be so broke. All I do is work. I never even do stuff or buy anything fun. Oh dear I'm really not much good at being independent. I really do miss home so much. Mum has sent me some things which should come in the next few days. I cannot wait! This is such a mess of a post. I don't know what to write. I have so much to write but I can't get it out, let alone in a well-written manner that makes a whole lot of sense. I think I'll upload photos now and hope that helps me to get everything (or something) down....

I will start with getting to England. From the stay in Sydney till arriving at Heathrow. I really didn't get a whole lot of pictures. I was rather difficult thanks to exhaustion, illness and too much luggage hahaha.

The last time I got to share a bed with Ma for agesss :(

Yeah I wish I had a tv like this at home now.

My luxurious room in Korea. I had an Executive room with a double and a single bed. Thanks Korean Airlines.

The carpet was bizarre. It had the hotel's cafes and restaurants and other stuff written on it.

City lights.

I had gowns not that I got around to wearing one.

Yummy. Korea confused the hell out of me and I was only there for a few hours. I decided it was a mixture between Las Vegas and a sticker photo machine...

Happy time nuts from my mini-bar.

I couldn't post photos from Asia without some translation fail pictures :)
Anyone want a 'Denish' for breakfast?

Maybe some 'Tomatm sauce' with your spaghetti followed by a Sundea?

Really expensive beverages. I think W 1000 was about A$1.

My descending lifeline (y)

Tea from a drawer :)

The result of living from a backpack.

Breakfast courtesy of Korean Air.

People were smoking in the breakfast room - which by the way was filled with chandeliers. So I can only guess this was an ashtray...

Fail quality phone photos....

Daytime view from my hotel room.

Sitting in the window.

Korean Gloria Jeans. Right after I took this I noticed I was sitting across from a "Don't take photos" sign however I was more worried about getting quarantined for being perceived as a swine flu threat ha. Somehow I managed to make it to England on time and alive enough to attack London's trains and not pass out even after the last train stopped for an hour in the middle of no where. I've been struggling with my silly slow internet for too long and need a break. I've made the best baked potato in the world. It took forever but was so worth it and is being accompanied by Danielle's wine. God knows when continue with my posting which I really had wanted to get done today. Oh well....

Percy Smith's 'The dance of Death 1914-1918'

Death forbids.

Death marches.

Death awed.

Death refuses. Possibly my favourite of the set.

Death waits.

Death ponders.

Death intoxicated.

Oh Australian War Memorial, how I love thee...

UK Employee?

So it seems I have a job in London, well sort of London. It's at a pub called The Windmill, in Windlesham which is apparently in Surrey. I really have no idea where this is. But it's like a billion years from the city. But it IS a job and the lovely manager is going to organise to have me picked up from Ascot Station when I get in. I had really hoped to get something much more central than this but now I'm just relieved to have a job and secure accommodation. They also have an amazing wine list :)

This was the best I could get for a photo, but isn't it just adorable! It's seventeenth century, SWOON... I am a little terrified about sharing a house/room with other people. I'm so used to having my own space. But it will probably stop me getting quite so lonely. Eeek, this is terrifying.

Babes wreak havok at ANU LSS Toga Party.

Post home drinks/pre party drinks...

Us being us.

And again...

Wardrobe malfunction.

There was far too much nudity.

This punch was disgustingly sweet but fantastically free.

Matching as usual.

Oh hey faux Ed Hardy flashing lighter!

Probably some amazing song. But not even close.

Oh Adam I love you!

Back at our gutter. The wine was terrible and warm.

College or something.

I want to make all three of you my wives.

Oh McQueen, what will we do without you?

Fashion and the World in general will be far less exciting now you're gone....

Family Night Out.

On Saturday evening I met my cousins Amanda and Lauren at Coo for dinner. Mum ended up joining hahaha. The food was great and very reasonably priced, however I failed to get any photos of our meals... Afterwards Mother departed and us three girls headed down the road to get messy, or in my case, messier. I had drunken nearly a bottle of wine before leaving the restaurant. Amanda and I decided to take Lauren to Shooters for lolz as she had never been despite having been eighteen for over a month! After too many cheap drinks we stumbled down the stairs then around the corner to North Bar for some proper Jagerbombs, which I also failed to photograph. At some stage we wandered off to Bar32 for cheap Jagerbombs and probably other drinks. I can't exactly remember... But despite my fail memory I do know I had a great night and I am so happy I got to spend some quality time with Lauren and Amanda before I go away.

I purchased the first round at Shooters, which consisted of tequila shots and vodka raspberries. There was far too much cordial in our vodkas.

Lauren feeling very pleased with herself after helping her struggling sister out with finishing her tequila.

Some nice lad took a photo for us.

I have no idea why I insisted on having a photo taken of me whilst I was wearing sunglasses inside...

I'm such a good influence...
